Payment should be by bank transfer, cash, personal cheque or, at a push, PayPal.
Postage costs are additional to the purchase cost of the filter.
Method of postage is the customer's choice. If you wish to collect or arrange your own pickup that is welcomed.
Any problems with the filter must be notified to us within 5 days of receipt.
All Evenlode power filters are hand-built from scratch to the customer's requirements. No two are alike. All are built to the highest safety standards we can apply, and all are tested for current-carrying capacity, polarity and integrity. Because of their bespoke nature they cannot be CE approved.
Six months warranty is offered against failure due to faulty build or components during normal use.
Normal use constitutes use to provide power as intended to domestic hifi, audiovisual or computer equipment indoors in the United Kingdom at normal UK mains supply voltages (220-260V AC).
Any warranty is void if the filter is dismantled or modified in any way other than by us.
There are no user-serviceable parts inside: do not open for any reason. Doing so can result in death or injury.
